                                                                Maize polenta is a grain mill product intended
                                                                for human consumption, used for making tor-
                                                                tillas, maize muffins, polenta, etc.

                                                                Maize grits are one of maize products of cer-
                                                                tain granulation and they are used in confec-
                                                                tionery industry (corn flips, smoki, etc.)

                                                                Maize flour can be fine or rough depending on
                                                                granulation. It is used for making baking pro-
                                                                ducts and also in meat industry (meat Maize

                                                         Mix together: 6 tablespoons of maize flour, 6 ta-
                   Maize                                 blespoons of wheat flour, 5 eggs, a 2-dl cup of yo-
                                                         gurt, a 2-dl cup of oil, 1 sachet of baking powder,
                  muffins                                1 teaspoon of salt in case cheese is unsalted, 1/2

                                         RECIPE          teaspoon of sugar.
                                                         RECIPE Add 500 g cheese into the mixture and stir
                                                         gently. Pour into a baking tray or muffin moulds.
                                                         Bake at 200 C for about 30 min.
