Maize is used for human consumption, for
feeding animals and in industrial manufac-
turing. The processof maize milling is similar
to wheat milling After cleaning, kernels are
dampened and then left to age. Through 17 17
milling, and sieving, we obtain desired
grain size of mill products in certain per-
centage. These are:

• Maize brewery grits
• Polenta
• Maize grits
• Maize flour
• Maize flour for animal feed
