                                                                 They are made of the above-mentioned cereals
                                                              at a certain ratio according to product specifica-
                                                              tions. Bread made of our mixtures is rich in mine-
                                                              rals, vitamins, and proteins and has a higher nu-
                                                              tritive value. Bread made in this way is richer in
                                                              flavour and stays fresh longer. It is suitable for
                                                              preparation in home bread makers.
